All you need to host a Pigsticks and Harold themed tea party

Earlier this year author and illustrator Alex Milway stepped in at the last minute to give a fabulous presentation at the FCBG conference all about his new series featuring Pigsticks, a bold and optimistic pig who dreams of being a famous explorer, and side kick Harold, a gentle and slightly anxious hamster. His talk delighted everyone present; full of energy, humour and enthusiasm it was a perfect reflection of his Pigsticks and Harold books.

The second Pigsticks and Harold story was published earlier this month, and in celebration of this, Alex has created all that is needed (except for a slice of Battenburg cake) to host your own Pigsticks and Harold themed tea party – perfect for your next local children’s book group event!

There are tea party invites, and a recipe for Harold’s Hamster Crunch biscuits.

There’s also a tutorial for learning how to draw Harold plus your very own cut-out-and-keep Pigsticks nose!
