Independent publisher Old Barn Books teams up with bloggers YA Fictionados to launch the first #YAtakeover spin-off

Saturday 26th November will see the first spin-off #YAtakeover to focus
specifically on Australian YA fiction.

Founded by book blogger Chris Moore, the #YAtakeover is now a familiar
fixture in the bookish calendar: a weekend takeover of Twitter including
YA panel discussions, quizzes, giveaways and video interviews. Authors,
bloggers, readers, journalists and book trade influencers all take part
in this online festival conceived of as a celebration of Young Adult

For Old Barn Books Publisher Ruth Huddleston, the #YAtakeover
collaboration is a chance to celebrate their recent publication The
Stars at Oktober Bend by Australian author Glenda Millard (longlisted
for both the UKLA Book Award and nominated for the Carnegie Medal), as
well as embracing Australian YA, regardless of publisher:
