NNFN: Win £1000s of non-fiction books for children and young people!

We’re hugely excited to announce today that the Federation of Children’s Book Groups has teamed up with the brilliant bookseller Marilyn Brocklehurst (Norfolk Children’s Book Centre) and together drawn up a list of 100 exciting, intriguing, eye-opening non-fiction books for children and young people of all ages, books to delight, inspire and make you gasp (or even giggle) in wonder.

This list was drawn up in consultation with members of the FCBG, both adults and children, and aims to highlight the enormous breadth of non-fiction available, showing how beautiful, varied and exciting these books are. We’ve emphasised books which are really enjoyable reads at the same time as being stunningly produced and full of amazing information.

You can download a high quality A4 copy of the poster here, and a full leaflet covering all 100 books here. Please do share widely!

What’s more, thanks to the tremendous support of all the publishers of the books featured in our new booklist, we’ve been able to team up with World Book Day to offer the entire list – yes, all 100 books – as a giveaway. Full details are here on the World Book Day website – why not head over and find out how you, your school or your bookgroup could win an incredible selection of some of the mouth watering non-fiction books available.
