Oxford University Press Children’s Books invites you to meet Deborah Ellis (& a giveaway!)

Deborah Ellis, author of the bestselling The Breadwinner, is coming to the UK next month to celebrate the publication of her new book My Name is Parvana.

Ellis will be visiting two local FCBG groups, but OUP are also organising a series of public events which may be of interest to librarians and FCBG members (tickets are free but please request one in advance). The flagship event will be held on Monday 17th march at the Free Word Centre in Central London when Deborah will be interviewed by the Guardian Children’s Books Editor Julia Eccleshare.

6.30pm for 7pm start
Deborah Ellis in conversation with writer and blogger, Sarah Benwell

Tuesday 25th March
Geoffrey Manton Building, Rosamond Street West, Manchester, M15 6LL
6pm for 6.30pm start
Talk and Q&A with Deborah Ellis
